The HIWIN end seals firstly prevent the ingress of foreign substances such as dust particles, chips or liquid into the block’s ball tracks and secondly reduce the amount of lubricant lost. HIWIN provides various sealing systems for the various ambient conditions of your application. The effectiveness of the end seal impacts directly on the lifetime of the linear guideway and should therefore be taken into account at the design stage and selected to suit the ambient conditions of your application.

The long-term lubrication unit extends the relubrication intervals significantly. Depending on the application and ambient conditions this can last for the entire service life. It also significantly reduces the amount of lubricant that is used as only the required amount of lubricant is applied. The compact design and special structure mean that the block can be installed in any position without having an impact on the lubricating effect. The long-term lubrication unit can be used at an ambient temperature of -10°C to +60°C.

We offer corresponding lubricants to match the numerous application possibilities. These are optimised for the special features of our guide elements.

HIWIN offers various lubrication connections for lubrication. Lubricating nipples, lubrication adapters or push-in fittings can be used for this purpose.

The cover caps are used to keep the mounting holes free of chips and dirt.

Grease guns and various lubrication attachments are available to match the different container sizes.
