Our precision axes and precision systems are labelled with the highest degree of precision. Repeat accuracies of ±0.05 um are achieved with high-resolution displacement measurement. This high precision makes our systems suitable for applications in the semiconductor industry as well as in medical and measurement technology. The highly dynamic AC synchronous servo motors deliver high torques throughout the entire speed range. Thanks to their minimal mass moment of inertia, they are also suitable for demanding dynamic drive tasks, such as high-frequency reversing operation. The special stator-rotor design achieves a very low torque ripple and high load density in a compact design.

Linear guideways enable linear movement with the help of rolling elements. The balls or rollers running between the block and profile rail enable endless guidance with unlimited stroke and maximum precision. Compared to a conventional sliding guide, the friction coefficient is only one fiftieth due to the relatively small contact surface of the rolling elements. The high efficiency and zero backlash make the linear guides suitable for a wide range of applications - from machine tools and the printing and packaging industry to laser machining and medical technology. Ballscrews, also known as ball bearing screws or recirculating ballscrews, are used in a wide range of applications across virtually all areas of industry. They convert rotary motion into linear motion. Between the shaft, more precisely the threaded shaft, and the nut, the balls roll infinitely via a ball recirculation system, guaranteeing frictionless motion for your application. HIWIN Ball Spline, også kendt som en kuglenotaksel, er en vridningssikret akselføring, der hovedsageligt består af en møtrik fyldt med stålkugler og en aksel med flere langsgående riller arrangeret i par. De vectorgestuurde, volledig digitale servo drives zijn speciaal afgestemd op de HIWIN-motoren. De servo drives ED1 met veiligheidsfunctie STO worden gebruikt voor de servomotoren van de EM1-serie, alsmede voor lineaire- en hoogmomentmotoren. Afhankelijk van het toepassingsgebied zijn verschillende versies en vermogensklassen beschikbaar. Voor een eenvoudige installatie en inbedrijfstelling zijn afgemonteerde motor- en encoderleidingen alsmede de vrij verkrijgbare HIWIN inbedrijfstellingssoftware beschikbaar.

Torque motors are high-pole synchronous motors and do not require a downstream gearbox to reduce speed and increase torque. Due to their very rigid load coupling, the direct drives are used in high-precision rotary axes and applications with rapid load changes. The power transmission between the drive and output side is contactless and there are no mechanical components in the drive train. The result is a wear-free and maintenance-free drive with maximum efficiency. We also offer torque motors with liquid cooling so that no additional process heat is introduced in the machine tool sector. CAD data is available for download.

Alongside complete linear motor axes and linear motor axis systems, HIWIN also offers individual linear motor components for customised axis design. The linear motors consist of the primary part (forcer) with motor windings, and magnet tracks (stators) with permanent magnets. By combining several stators, travel distances of any length can be created. Similarly, several forcers can be operated on one linear motor axis. These can either be independently controlled on the axis, or be connected in parallel to increase feed power.

The HIWIN product portfolio contains bearings for an extremely wide range of applications. To provide a simple bearing arrangement for ballscrews, HIWIN offers ready-to-install flange bearing and pillow block units in fixed and supported bearing versions. Angular contact ball bearings are also available for mounting in a customer-specific housing. Crossed roller bearings can be used in applications requiring a particularly compact bearing arrangement with high moment rigidity.

De robuuste behuizing is elektrisch afgeschermd en de signaaluitvoer is in realtime.
